Our latest obsession: Bon Parfumeur

Unlike its other beauty and makeup counterparts, perfume may take on a more subtle and invisible approach but we believe it is equally as, if not more, important. Founded by Ludovic Bonneton, this contemporary Parisian fragrance house aims to create a beautiful line of fragrances to be either mixed and matched or to be worn alone, based on your mood and the occasion. We are absolutely in love with everything about Bon Parfumeur from the branding and packaging to the concept, and especially the different fragrances!

Each perfume comes in a 1 oz. glass bottle and more details of each fragrance are described below:

  • 001: Orange blossom, petitgrain, bergamot
  • 101: Rose, sweet pea, patchouli
  • 201: Green apple, lily-of-the-valley, pear
  • 301: Sandalwood, amber, cardamom
  • 402: Vanilla, toffee, sandalwood
  • 602: Pepper, cedar, patchouli
  • 701: Eucalyptus, coriander, cypress

We love when asked how the Bon Parfumeur name came about, the founder said:

The name came up quite naturally. I wanted to pull from what I think are the “good” parts of French perfumery – “bon” meaning good – and create Bon Parfumeur. I didn’t want a marketing brand. And my last name, Bonneton, begins with “bon.” I love the meaning of “bon” in French; it means good (quality), but also nice in spirit. The “good spirit” being a lively core value for us.

This is the perfect gift idea to nudge to your significant other in time for Valentine's Day or even better, as a treat to yourself! We'd love if it you came in to the store to sample the different scents and to mix + match your favorites!
